Sales Tax

BuyDiamondDirect.com is located in Broward County, Florida, USA. The Law requires collecting sales tax on all sales made in Florida. We are not required to charge sales tax on sales that are shipped out of the state of Florida as it is the buyer's responsibility

Shipping

In order to verify and authenticate the validity of the item(s) you have purchased, BuyDiamondDirect.com will have a Gemologist and 2 Diamond and Jewelry experts examine the item(s) . After verification and a multi-tiered quality inspection by a Gemologist and 2 Diamond and Jewelry experts you will receive the item(s) via. UPS Insured Overnight delivery, Shipping & Handling charges of $50.00 will apply on all purchases.
1. All shipments will be delivered to a street address only and adult signature is required, no shipments will be delivered to a P.O. Box, For any other arrangements please contact customer service department for price quotes at (305)479-5899.
2. Diamonds & jewelry will be shipped to the customers billing address via UPS insured overnight delivery adult signature is required when receiving package.

Returns

All Returns of Diamond(s) or piece(s) of jewelry must be made within 7 days of receipt of the original purchase.
You must follow the following instructions.
1. Call (305)479-5899 E-mail, your request to return the Diamond or the piece of jewelry, so that you can obtain an approval number from BuyDiamondDirect.com
2. After receiving the approval number you will have to place that number on the return form and shipping label, and send it back via. U.S.P.S. registered, fully insured, and return receipt requested, To:

3. a Gemologist and 2 Diamond and Jewelry experts will check to see that all diamonds or jewelry are free of any damage and match the description of the original item(s) that was sent to you.
4. All items must be returned with all original documents.
5. Upon receiving the item(s) ,a Gemologist and 2 Diamond and Jewelery experts from Buy Diamond Direct will examine  verify and validate that the diamond(s) or jewelry came in free of any damage and match the original item(s) that was sent to you. Upon the Approval of the Gemologist and 2 Diamond and Jewelry experts, a refund check will be sent to you from buydiamonddirect within 5-7 working days.
6. The purchaser is fully responsible for packing, shipping and insurance charges of all item(s) being returned.
7. Failure to comply with above instructions will result in BuyDiamondDirect.com right to refuse returned merchandise and will be returned to sender.

Refunds & Exchanges

1. Upon receiving the diamond(s) or jewelry  from the Customer a Gemologist and 2 Diamond and Jewelry Experts will verify and validate that the item(s) were returned in the same condition that it was originally sent, including all original documents. BuyDiamondDirect.com will issue a full refund less shipping & handling charges and appraisal charges indicated on your invoice. Refunds will be issued by a corporate check within 5 business days.
2. Exchanges will be made in the same manner as purchases. If you would like to exchange or get a credit towards your next purchase please contact our customer service department at (305)479-5899.
3. Items that have been worn,set into mountings, special orders, altered, repaired or damaged will not be accepted and may not be returned, refunded, or exchanged.
4. Upon receiving the Diamond(s) or Jewelry  from the customer, BUYDIAMONDDIRECT will verify that the item(s) were returned in the same condition that it was originally sent, Including all Original Documents, BUYDIAMONDDIRECT will issue a full refund less Shipping & Handling charges indicated on your invoice.
